Spark a Lifelong Love of Music with Ignite
At Ignite, we’re passionate about bringing the joy of music into the lives of school aged students in Whangarei—without the added stress of another after-school commitment. That’s why we offer small group music lessons during the school day, right on school grounds. We’re currently partnered with five schools across Whangarei and are continuing to grow, so even more students can access quality music education with ease. With lessons held during school hours, there’s no need to juggle your after-school schedule.
For families not at one of our partnered schools, we also offer a limited number of after-school Piano and Guitar lessons at our Kamo Studio.
WHEN: Weekly half hour lessons during school (term-time only)
WHERE: Whangarei Primary, Glenbervie Primary, Renew School, Excellere College, Whangarei Adventist Christian School
COST: $23 per group lesson - term in advance or $25 per lesson - month in advance

Wrist band Progression
At Ignite, we make learning music fun, engaging, and rewarding! Our unique Know, Play, Create curriculum helps students grow through our skills tree app and wristband progression system—just like karate belts! As they progress, students will earn different coloured wristbands. Starting at white, working all their way up to their black band to become the ultimate IGNITE Musician!
